LINE Creators Market would like to inform you that there will be a " Funny Sticker " event  from  April 21, 2025 - May 4, 2025  as a special event.

The period for accepting requests for consideration of stickers to participate in the event
is from March 1,  2025  at 09:00 -  April 24, 2025  at 23:59 (Thailand time). 

The period for promoting stickers via banners is
from April 21, 2025  at 09:00 -  May 4, 2025  at 23:59 (Thailand time). 

Creators who wish to participate in this activity must comply with the following terms and conditions. 

▼  Conditions for participating in the activity Creators must apply for participation from the Creators Market website  ( https://creator.line.me/ )  only and cannot join this activity via the  LINE Sticker Maker  application . • Creators must submit at least 8 stickers per  set  and the stickers must be priced at  35  baht or more. However, creators can submit the number of sticker images or set the price of the stickers participating in this activity higher than the minimum amount. • Creators must submit stickers that are still images, animated stickers, big stickers, pop-ups, or effect stickers. • Stickers submitted for this activity must be new stickers only (stickers that have already been released but requested to be updated are not eligible for this activity).  • Stickers for use on a specific person (such as name stickers) that have already been released are not eligible for this activity. • The main sticker image must have content related to the Funny sticker theme  , and at least half of the stickers in the set ( including the main image )  must have content and design related to the Funny sticker theme. For example, characters, feelings, and/or words or questions must have a sense of humor. Whether it's making funny faces, funny actions, funny words, and more from all stickers. For example, in the case that the creator submits 1 set of 40 stickers, there must be  at least  20  stickers related to Funny stickers. • If the stickers have content that is not related to the above, it will be considered disqualified and cannot participate in this activity. Note • Creators should submit their work 10  days in advance, before April 24, 2025 , and if the creator's sticker work is rejected by the company, the creator must promptly fix it and resubmit the sticker work by  April 24, 2025  , otherwise, they will not be able to participate in this activity. • The creator acknowledges and agrees that in the event that the creator submits their work later than 10 days in advance, before  April 24, 2025 , the creator may not be able to participate in this activity as the company may not be able to consider all sticker requests by  April 24, 2025.

1.เตรียมสติกเกอร์ชุดใหม่ที่มีเนื้อหาพิเศษสำหรับธีมสติกเกอร์ติดตลก
2.ไปที่‘แก้ไขสติกเกอร์’ > ‘ข้อมูลจำหน่าย’ แล้วทำเครื่องหมายในช่อง ‘ร่วมแคมเปญ’ ในหัวข้อ "สติกเกอร์ติดตลก” ที่จะเพิ่มขึ้นใหม่
3.ยื่นคำขอให้พิจารณาสติกเกอร์

•กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นโดย ไลน์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น และบริษัท ไลน์ คอมพานี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท”) และของรางวัลเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ ทั้งนี้ รางวัลมูลค่าซึ่งมากกว่า1,000 บาท ขึ้นไป จะถูกหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ในอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนด

•บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมซึ่งได้แก่ ข้อมูลรายละเอียดส่วนตัว (เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล ชื่อบัญชีสื่อสังคมออนไลน์) ข้อมูลการติดต่อ (เช่น หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล์) ข้อมูลตัวบ่งชี้ภายในที่กำหนดโดยบริษัท ไลน์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (เช่น เวลาในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม) เอกสารส่วนตัว (เช่น สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน) (1) เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการสมัคร/ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (2) เพื่อตรวจสอบและยืนยันตัวตน/คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (3) เพื่อตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของกิจกรรม (4) เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสาร ตอบข้อซักถามและให้ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (5) เพื่อส่งมอบสิทธิประโยชน์/ของรางวัล/ของสมนาคุณให้แก่ผู้ชนะรางวัล/ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (6) เพื่อปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ของบริษัทตามกฎหมาย (7) เพื่อประโยชน์ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อประโยชน์ในการวิจัยทางการตลาด และเพื่อวัดประสิทธิภาพของการจัดกิจกรรมนี้

บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไว้เป็นระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 90 วันนับแต่วันที่กิจกรรมสิ้นสุดลง หรืออาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎหมายหรือกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างไรก็ตาม การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจะเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมที่ https://terms.line.me/line_genlctpp

•ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้ คือ ครีเอเตอร์ซึ่งอยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

• Employees of the company and their families, LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and those involved with the event organizing are eligible to participate in this event, but will not be eligible to receive this prize.
• The period for considering applications to participate in the event may change depending on the number of applicants.
• Stickers participating in this event are stickers that have been considered and started selling special promotions between  April 21, 2025 and May 4, 2025  , 23:59 (Thailand time). 
• After the end of this event period, stickers will continue to be available for sale at the Sticker Shop in the LINE application  and the LINE  STORE ( https://store.line.me/ ).
• Stickers participating in this event cannot be used to participate in the New Star, Rising Star, Creators Club (Rookies Creators Club and Master Creators Club) programs, or other programs.
• Any decision by the company or the related committee is final and conclusive.
